Sam is passionate about helping students and families encounter God in real ways and equipping them to grow in their faith. At VCA, he oversees the Youth Ministry, small groups, and prayer ministry, creating opportunities for people to connect with God and with one another.
He and his wife, Kathryn, live in North Augusta with their dog, and they love spending time with family, traveling, and exploring the outdoors together.
Dan Gaudinier
Dan Gaudinier is a man who is passionate about God’s glory and presence, seeing people grow in community and their gifting, and seeing the Gospel spread to the ends of the earth. As worship pastor, Dan is responsible for fostering the creative and technical communities that shape the expressions of worship at VCA. He also oversees the development of the foreign missions work of the church.
Kathy Ogletree
Kathy is passionate about serving. Her expertise in managing daily operations ensures that our church runs smoothly and efficiently, allowing our ministries to flourish. Kathy is a loving mother of grown children and a doting grandmother.
Charity Santiago
Charity Santiago is the Beginner’s Church Coordinator, nurturing the faith of our youngest members, kindergarten and under. One of her greatest joys is seeing a child’s eyes light up as they begin to discover Jesus. Charity also leads the Connect Team. She and her husband, Rodney, live in Augusta. They have two adult children and a teenager, Carey, Katie-Scarlet, and Thomas-James.
Don Pearson
Don Pearson joined VCA in 1995 after retiring from the United States Marine Corps and receiving Christ at a small Vineyard in Maryland. He and his wife Patty have been married for 33 years and have three adult children – Katie, Shiloh, and Joseph.
Don and Patty started leading home groups in 1997. He graduated from Vineyard Leadership Institute in 2002 and served as Small Groups Pastor for a season of time. Don has served as the Site Leader for the School of Kingdom Ministry since 2017.
Don is passionate about seeing people envisioned for and equipped to engage in the dynamic expressions of the “now” of the Kingdom of God.
