Reese LeRoy | In the third chapter of Jonah, God’s prophet finally goes to Nineveh with instructions from Him to simply “proclaim to it the message I give you.” The result was widespread repentance from Nineveh’s king down to his subjects and even their animals. This is a powerful reminder that when we’re obedient to God’s instructions, the results are completely “on Him” and not “on us.”
